We aim to process orders quickly and efficiently.

  • 🕒 Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • 📧 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped (if tracking is available)

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We offer standard free shipping on all orders.

🏠 Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

📭 Lost or Missing Packages

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy
